3)b) There are two staff who are still in their first three months of employment who have not yet completed the Child Care Basics course. One of them was working unsupervised outside with a group of children today. It is required to complete the Child Care Basics course prior to working unsupervised with children. 10) Four staff do not have documentation of blood borne pathogens training on file. 11)a)b) One staff has documentation of CPR/AED training, but no documentation of First Aid training. Another staff person does not have documentation of CPR and First Aid training. It is required to have current CPR and First aid training for all staff who are counted in ratio.
